We strive to deliver the best care at a reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Do not hesitate to call if you have questions regarding your account.

We request a 24-hour cancellation notice for confirmed appointments. Although patients do assume responsibility for their appointments, we provide courtesy calls for appointment confirmations.
